Advent of the Social Web
With the advent of Web 2.0 (Social Web) uses digital have evolved:

Note: the company Ideos is a training activity which the declaration is registered with the prefect of the region of Ile-de-France. The training offered by Ideos can thus be supported under the vocational training. They are exempt from VAT.
Awareness-raising
Regarding Web 2.0, Ideos involved in thinking about new uses Web in late 2009 with the creation of the initiative Encounters WebOff . This is a club on the theme of the Real Time Web (Twitter, Facebook, social networks ...). Its purpose is to inform a pedagogical way the general public about the beneficial uses of these new tools. To achieve its goal, WebOff has a website, a facebook account, a Twitter account and organizes conferences.
On the Web policy, the journal publishes Ideos 2.0 Elect of elected officials, politics and the Internet. Its purpose is to inform the use of the Internet by politicians in France and abroad. Web 2.0, social networks, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, videos ... How politicians use the Internet? What is the impact of Web politics? 2.0 Elect The newspaper will look in the news online all the answers to these questions.
Regarding Accessibility, Ideos working with other companies within networks and collaborates in several working groups: consult the Ideos space for a list of these networks and groups. In addition, Ideos created the portal Ideos resources on digital accessibility .

Pierre Guillou runs the company Ideos he founded in March 2009 to assist the public and private ownership of new uses Web (Web 2.0, social web, social networks, Facebook, Twitter, web accessibility ...). Ideos occurs particularly in the political world with advice and training in Web policy.
Ideos society was born from the observation that it takes time to implement change within an organization. Now the time has now accelerated by the Web: New Web services are popping up quickly and create new uses in the general public, information flows in real time on social networks and can impact an election campaign or promotional a brand is born ... a time lag between the practices of organizations (companies, local authorities, managers, elected ...) and the expectations of their users, customers or voters.
The need for such politicians is to understand the new Web usage, analyze their impact on their activities and to devise strategies for the use and communication. Ideos is here to play this role of facilitator for all digital.
In this research to understand the Web and new uses, Pierre Guillou is behind the launch of WebOff that emphasizes service and uses the "Real Time Web" "( Twitter , Google Wave , social networks ...) . This is a club on the theme of Real Time Web (Twitter, Facebook, social networks ...). Its purpose is to inform a pedagogical way the general public about the beneficial uses of these new tools.
Web In politics, Pierre Guillou is the founder of the journal 2.0 Elect of the elect, politics and the Internet. Web 2.0, social networks, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, videos ... How politicians use the Internet? What are the impacts of policy on Web? The journal will seek 2.0 Elect in the news online in France and abroad as well as in messages posted on the Web elected all the answers to these questions.
Previously, Pierre Guillou participated in the creation in France and Europe of a regulatory environment, technological, legislative and industry to make the Internet accessible to all. Indeed, he led AccessiWeb from 2003 to 2009. During this period, he has co-led the drafting of the first "repository access" Web sites and services in the public sector in France, he created and led a group of 280 experts in web accessibility and launched a French label and European the accessibility of Web sites. He also organized and participated in many international conferences on this field. In early 2009, he established the Francophone Translation of WCAG 2.0 of W3C / WAI has recently published the first authorized translation of WCAG 2.0.
Since launching his company Ideos, Pierre Guillou has continued its work for a Web accessible to all by creating the Network AccessiPro , being a member of the Working Group of the Forum of Internet Rights on Web Accessibility and sustainable development and participating in the research project WAI-AGE W3C / WAI on the topic "Seniors and the Web."
