Pierre Guillou runs the company ideos he founded in March 2009 to support the public sector and private ownership of new uses Web (Web 2.0, social networks, Facebook, Twitter, web accessibility ...).
In fact, ideos arose from the observation that the problem is the "time Web." It takes time to learn and implement change in an organization. However, time is a fast-time Web. The new Web services are developed continuously and rapidly create new uses in public. A discrepancy then arises between the practices of organizations and their users, customers or even employees.
The need for organizations and individuals (eg politicians) is to understand new uses Web to analyze their impacts on their activities and devise strategies to use. Ideos is here to play this role of facilitator for all digital.
In this research to understand the Web and its new uses, Pierre Guillou is behind the launch of WebOff that emphasizes and uses the services of "Web Real Time" ( Twitter , Google Wave , social networks ...) . The WebOff is a place of meeting, exchange and learning on this subject. It is for the greatest number.

In early 2009, he established the Committee on Francophone Translation WCAG 2.0 of the W3C / WAI has recently published the first authorized translation of WCAG 2.0.
