Context

Web accessibility for all content, applications and Web services (Internet, Intranet ...). His nature is to make the Web available to all, whatever the methods of consultation (visual, audio, Braille, mobility ...). It directly benefits people with disabilities but also to any person in a different environment to access the Web because of its material and its needs (mobile phone, seniors ...).

Today, web accessibility has exceeded its original technical framework. She entered the political field of Information Society for all citizens and stakeholders interested in this web the private sector. Its evolution can be classified into three major periods:

1. the time of the creation of rules ( W3C / WAI , WCAG 2.0 ...)
2. that of the legal obligation for the public sector ( Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 ...)
3. and that which has just begun the benefits of accessibility for all ( Business , Innovations ...).
