The Decree No. 2009-546 of 14 May 2009 in application of Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 was published May 16, 2009 in the Official Gazette.

Remember, Law No. 2005-102 is on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled people. Article 47 sets out the requirement of accessibility of electronic communication services in the public sector.

The decree thus describes the mode of application of Article 47 (repository of accessibility, within 3 years, list of public communication services online non-compliant as a punishment, accessibility of training public sector employees in the part of the training).

However, the decree postponed a number of detailed rules in the repository technique to date is not yet official (version 2 is being created following the release of the two international recommendations: the WCAG 2.0 ).
