Summary: AFNOR launched a public inquiry into the future standard French ("disabled friendly organizations: recommendations for the inclusion of disability in organizations").

After the publication in April 2008 of the Agreement AC 50-783 X "Integration of disabled people in organizations" and as envisaged in the development of this agreement, the project stakeholders wanted to continue the work towards the development an NF certified, available in the agreement, to obtain the widest possible recognition.

The standardization committee "disabled friendly company" has been founded in 2009 by AFNOR to develop an NF on the inclusion of disabled people in organizations. This standard must describe commitments and best practice recruitment and integration of disabled persons, whatever the type of disability, thus defining the criteria for a disabled friendly policy.

After several months of work, Ideose - member of the commission - is pleased to announce the opening of a public inquiry so that everyone can advise on the future standard French, "disabled friendly organisms: guidelines for the management account of disability in organizations. "

This survey is open until March 14, 2010.

Accessibility to information and premises, recruitment, training, employee awareness and managers, development workstation or changing careers: all aspects of life are described in the standard to help the body to ask Good disability issues and facilitate the daily insertion of the disabled person in his organization.

Following this investigation, the commission AFNOR "disabled friendly Enterprise" will analyze all comments. The publication of the standard is scheduled for June 2010.
