The General Secretariat of the Interministerial Committee for Cities , the Delegation to the uses of the Internet , Fontenay-sous-Bois and Internet Cities offer, Feb. 3, a colloquium "Internet for all, Internet solidarity" in Fontenay-sous-Bois (94 ), in partnership with the Caisse des Depots , the Datar , the National Disability Council , the new Agency for Active Solidarity (Ansa), the ACSE , Brest Metropole Oceane , CREATIVE , Emmaus , the Federation of the social centers of Paris , the ACIDD , the AMSN and IR-DSU .
As part of the States General of the Digital City of Fontenay-sous-Bois, the event for professionals and elected officials contribute to the reflection of the partnership working group charged with developing proposals to reduce the digital divide in poor neighborhoods in terms of access, equipment and use of digital technology.
Three roundtables are scheduled for the morning. Pierre Guillou ( Ideose ) is involved in the 3rd round table entitled:
All Users - A citizen issue.
Digital accessibility and dissemination of skills, how to ensure that everyone has access to content and how to transmit digital skills to persons accompanying them in difficulty.
Universal access to the opportunities of digital networks is a fundamental political issue for a just society.
Beyond the equipment it is to design methods of use, ergonomics, languages accessible to all.
How to guarantee everyone the same opportunity for discovery and use of the Internet regardless of their level of education, disability, its cultural differences?
Teaching adapted to the needs of each potential user will she defy barriers and the reluctance?
How to involve content producers, public or private, in their efforts for access to information and online services that allow everyone to be a full citizen.
