As part of the States General of the Digital City of Fontenay-sous-Bois, the conference "Internet for all, solidarity Internet" was held February 3, 2010 as stated in Article Ideose the colloquium "Internet for all, Internet solidarity " .
This conference was in partnership with the Caisse des Depots , the Datar , the National Disability Council , the new Agency for Active Solidarity (Ansa), the ACSE , Brest Metropole Oceane , CREATIVE , Emmaus , the Federation of Social Centres Paris , the ACIDD , the AMSN and IR-DSU .
