The tools of Web service policies of the Francophonie

Pierre Guillou ( Ideos , 2.0 Elect ) will be teaching Monday, July 5, 2010 on "The tools of political Web service de la Francophonie" at the University of French which was the theme this year focuses on the knowledge of Francophonie, Decentralization and decentralized cooperation in the Francophone world.
This ninth edition is still organized by the Institute for the Study of the Francophonie and Globalization (Iframond) at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
The course objective is to deliver an academic knowledge of Web 2.0 and its possible applications. The aim is more to the situation participants (makers of the Francophonie, politicians, elected officials, diplomatic personnel, researchers, academics, experts and consultants) by analyzing the reality of the Francophonie on the Web today and imagining Web strategies tailored to the objectives of the Francophonie.
