left arrow reads the previous character
right arrow reads the next character
Keypad 5 reads the character
Numpad 5 (2 times fast) reads the character using the phonetic alphabet
(Then press the 5 key once to disable phonetic)
Insert + left arrow reads the previous word
Insert + right arrow reads the next word
Insert + Num Pad 5 the word bed
