- Understand the issues and engage the Web 2.0 : the goal of training is to enable participants to understand the challenges of Web 2.0 (the participatory Web and Social increasingly used by citizens) and start practicing it.

- Learn how to use Twitter and Facebook : The objective of the training is to teach participants to create and use a Facebook and Twitter. Use cases of these professional services will also be studied.

Objective of the training
The objective of training is to enable elected to understand the issues of Web 2.0 (the participative web and social increasingly used by citizens) and solutions to manage their online reputation on the Internet.
